Tomorrow's Tomorrow, Today is To Stay
43Something remembered and now to proclaim
Life is too short to be somber and tame
Give up the pain, break off your chains
Have fun, watch the sunrise, dance in the rain
Sing from a mountain, roll in the hay
Tomorrow’s tomorrow, today is to stay
Don’t let life’s worries overshadow the sun
Making days dismal, gray or undone
Wake up sleepyhead, time waits for none
Get out, walk the dog, swing and have fun
Sing with a band in an outdoor café
Tomorrow’s tomorrow, today is to stay
Troubles will come, there seems never a wait
Visitor, not mate, just guests at the gate
You own your house, not some visiting woe
Relax, smell the roses, watch lightning bugs glow
Sing with the sea shells out over the bay
Tomorrow’s tomorrow, today is to stay
So easy to say, much harder to do
But love and delight should be more, not few
There’s not enough time to be cheerless and blue
We only have one chance to go round this block
One chance to dance, one song to rock
Sing joyfully, cheerily, glad and gay
Tomorrow’s tomorrow, today is to stay
Lighthearted with laughter, our spirits soar
Born on fair breezes, precious and pure
Happiness is ours for just reaching out
Discover a friend, connect, laugh and shout
For today is the day our life we reroute
Trust overflows, while doubt seeps away
Tomorrow’s tomorrow, today is to stay
To Frieda Babbley who gave me the idea! Thanks Frieda!

Great poem of living for today and the moment! It's a lovely leaf to turn over...and your smile reflects that!
Love it. Reminds me of a song that Doris Day sung (and many others) Not sure how to spell it but, Ke sera sera whatever will be will be, the future's not ours to see, ke sera sera. Ever heard it?

For today is the day our life we re-route , that certainly had me refocus on a more positive outlook about what is happening on the home front. I also love Doris Day and Bon Jovi. What a wonderful hub!!
